Story
Cat & Megan are a Nashville‑based production duo with over 25 years of combined music‑industry experience as artists themselves, spanning New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and now Nashville, they bring a deep, lived understanding of the creative process.
Both Nashville transplants, Cat & Megan quickly saw the need for female-empowered spaces in the Nashville music scene and felt they needed to fill that gap. Together, they help artists develop their most authentic sound through supportive collaboration, genre‑fluid creativity, and a shared passion for making music that feels honest and alive.
Specializing in indie, indie folk, country, country‑pop, and pop, they blend thoughtful songwriting with modern, artist‑forward production. Cat holds a master’s degree in Songwriting and Production from Berklee College of Music, while Megan studied under the mentorship of Stargate at the Los Angeles Academy of Artists and Music Production where she co-produced the song of the year.
As a duo, they have had the opportunity to work with artists spanning multiple genres, including "The Voice" contestant Olivia Rubini and Jared Benjamin.
